WORK WITH ME

There are many ways into this work, but they all begin with the same orientation:
a willingness to listen more deeply—to yourself, to life, and to what is trying to emerge.
My work is not formulaic or prescriptive.
It is relational, intuitive, and shaped by the particular person in front of me.
For some, this looks like long-term mentorship.
For others, it begins with a single conversation, a dream, or a threshold moment.
Below are the primary ways we can work together 1:1.
1:1 Mentorship
This is an ongoing, one-on-one space for people who feel called to engage their life and their gifts at depth.
Our work is not about fixing or optimizing. It is about learning how to listen more closely to your life: to your patterns, your body, your dreams, your cycles, and the deeper movements shaping your path.
This process often moves through uncertainty, intensity, and transformation. It asks for honesty, patience, and a willingness to stay in relationship with what is unfolding.
Over time, this work helps you come into a more grounded, lived relationship with who you are and what is yours to offer.
The work may draw from various modalities, including dreamwork, embodiment practices, opening windows of perception, ancestral connection, and direct relationship with the living world. Our work together will dictate what is needed.

Dream Tending
Dream Tending is one of the primary ways this work unfolds, and can be done both within ongoing mentorship and as a standalone entry point.
Focused dream tending sessions open a doorway into the unconscious, the ancestral field, and the deeper movements of soul.
Dreams are not random—they are intelligent, responsive, and often guiding us toward something we cannot yet see clearly.
These sessions are for those who want support in listening to and working with their dreams in a deeper way.

Embodiment & Nourishment
Support for reconnecting with the body through food, rhythm, and daily life.
For many people, disconnection from the body shows up through overwhelm, depletion, or difficulty sustaining themselves in the world.
This work helps reestablish a more grounded, supportive relationship with nourishment—both physical and energetic.
